Rebecca Scritchfield, MA, RDN, EP-C
Rebecca Scritchfield is an award winning HAES dietitian, certified exercise physiologist and author of the book, Body Kindness®.
For over a decade, she has been providing compassionate counseling to individuals and families of all ages.
Her primary focus areas for new clients include people with weight concerns, recovery from chronic dieting and body image issues, pre-conception to postnatal care (including high risk pregnancies), pediatric well-being with weight and habit concerns, eating disorder recovery with intuitive eating, and screening for treatment needs for higher levels of care in recovery from eating disorders.
Rebecca holds degrees in nutrition, chemistry, and communications. She is a graduate of The Johns Hopkins University, University of the District of Columbia, and Albion College.
