Thank you so much for your interest in Capitol Nutrition Group. You can request an appointment by pressing the “Request Appointment” button below.
What to Expect:
A credit card is required to secure an appointment, but it will not be charged. You’ll also need to choose the type of appointment (new clients: choose the initial nutrition assessment for in-person sessions or choose the 30-minute virtual online session for new remote sessions or if you want to get some initial support before moving on to a full assessment).
Office location: You need to choose it even if you are a virtual client.
Preferred date and time: You can only choose one. Appointments are available generally 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday-Wednesday, 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Thursday and Friday, and weekends 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.
If you do not see a day/time you need or you need to get in touch for an urgent appointment, please e-mail rebecca at capitolnutritiongroup.com. The booking system may not always show all potential options or special arrangements could be made outside of regular office hours.
After you complete your request, Rebecca will review your email and get in touch to confirm your appointment. You’ll get access to the client portal for all important information.

Do you want to talk with someone about your concerns before booking? The best way to reach the office before booking your appointment is through e-mail. We will review your message and set up a time to talk about your concerns.

Our phone number is (202) 375-8942. This number operates primarily as an answering service for those who have questions before booking they were unable to find on the website. We check the service once a day, Monday through Friday, and return calls within 2 business days.
