Step 1: Nutrition Assessment
All new clients begin with a comprehensive nutrition assessment. You’ll complete the new client forms through a secure, online portal.
Visit 1: 75 minutes We will discuss why you’re here and work together to set actionable goals.
Visit 2: 45 minutes We will talk about the progress you have made so far, what’s working, what challenges you’ve been facing, and work discuss a plan for continued counseling or continuing on your own.
The second appointment is usually 1-2 weeks after your initial visit. We will discus the follow up at the first session.
Fee: $400 due at the first session, includes both nutrition counseling appointments and any tools or resources provided as part of the initial assessment.
Step 2: Your Blueprint for Lasting Change
After the assessment, we will make a recommendation about continuing with follow up sessions based on your needs for ongoing support and feeling that there is a good fit for working together.
While there is no “cookie cutter” recommendation, most people do best with weekly check-ins, followed by bi-weekly, and so on until the work is done.
Individual sessions: 45 minutes, $150 per session
All the dietitians are available for Skype, FaceTime, Zoom meetings, or phone conversations to accommodate interested clients. Generally, the length of sessions follows in-person appointments. However, for those with time or financial concerns, you can request to book 20-minute consultations for $89.
Individual virtual sessions: 20 minutes, $89 per session
Concierge Nutrition Services
Outside of individual and family counseling, we also provide cooking lessons, grocery store trips, meal planning, mindful eating meals, in-home kitchen and pantry organizing and more.
Our diverse scope of expertise and holistic approach is designed to help all individuals live healthier and happier lives. If we can’t provide the service, we have referrals to the best personal chefs, personal trainers, professional organizers, and other health experts in the area.
We are available to provide a variety of services in the home, starting at $400 for up to 90 minutes. This includes travel time and a follow up summary report. Contact us to set up a tailored plan.
Rebecca works directly with D.C.’s busiest hard-working professionals by doing site visits with clients and providing solutions to the environment and daily well-being plan to maximize well-being with time efficiency.
Starting Fee: $500 per visit, includes time away from office, commuting, counseling, parking fees, further research, report write-up, and 20-minute phone follow up.
